1. Start by selecting a job for your subject using the three drop down menus to the left (starting with Job Family).
2. Enter your personal information in the form below the selected Job Title.
Your personal information will be associated with this Job Title so we can contact you to receive your prize in the event you are one of our top three finishers.
If you wish to enter more than one video you will need to create a new account as each Job Title is associated with a single user account. You can however use the same email address for all accounts. If you forget your password for one of your accounts, the Forgot Password tool will email you all of the Usernames and Passwords for your email address.
What you are agreeing to – by submitting your online video entry to the National Career Video Contest you agree with the following:
- Original Work – This entry is 100% original work created by you.
- No Infringement – Use of this material will not violate any law or infringe upon the legal rights of any third party involved.
- Legally Obtained – No laws or ordinances were violated in the process of obtaining any and all interviews, images and other content appearing in the entry.
- Disqualification –Entry may be disqualified if it is found to contain profanity, inappropriate or explicit language, any lewd or sexually suggestive gestures, or full or partial nudity.
- Judging Criteria – Winning entries will be determined by the Sponsor of this contest, and that those decisions will be final.
- Transfer of Ownership – You waive your ownership of all content, images and messages contained in your entry in return for the right to participate in this contest.
- Official Contest Rules – You have read the Official Contest Rules and Regulations in their entirety as contained on this site.
- Release Form - You must have each subject in your video sign a release form. You must be able to produce the signed release forms upon request.
